My left blinker light stopped working today. I went to Absolute and Brian immediately replaced it with a new light. My trip to LA, tomorrow, will be much less stressful. Driving in LA is stressful enough. Thank you so much for the quick service. Barbara King more

i'm from out of town 3/31/2014

i'm from out of town and my car broke down while I was in SLO for my sister’s graduation, so one of her friends recommended Absolute Auto Tech. The owner Jason came to where my car was, gave me a rough idea of what I was wrong, approximate cost and arranged towing to his shop. He was almost right on what the problem was, got my car in and out within 24 hours. Having your car break down out of town was scary, but I found out that you can get great service if you go to the right Place!! Thanks Jason and all the staff at Absolute Auto!! I will tell all my friends so if they break down in SLO, they know where to GO!!! more

Great service! They are locally family owned and work in the shop! Their waiting area and shop are clean. They do what they promised in a reasonable time. If there was a problem, they kept me informed. I will return for all my repair needs. more

High quality work 2/19/2014

They do very high quality work, are reliable and honest, use excellent parts, and you pay accordingly. If you want the cheapest shop in town, this is definitely not it. This is not only a local family shop, it is a local family shop owned by a certified mechanic with his bachelor's degree in engineering from Cal Poly. I have received good service when I brought my car in, and I have never had a problem or complaint with their work. Highly recommended, if you think your car is worth investing in the best mechanic in town. more

I have been to many auto shops all over town trying to fix my far. It wasn't until I went to Absolute Auto Tech, that it was fixed! Jason is a brilliant diagnostician and he didn't stop until my car was fixed! more

Amazing work 2/7/2014

Jason and Brian are amazing!!! I am typically weary that I won't get the best service or price being a girl, but they are honest guys that do a great job! I have a 2001 Toyota Rav 4 that has 250,000 miles on it and I know that it’s because of them that it still runs! Thank you Brian and Jason! I definitely recommend absolute automotive to everyone that asks where I get my automotive work done! more

Smog check 2/3/2014

Called for a smog check appointment and they quickly fit me in same day. When I showed up for my appointment there was no waiting and they got straight to work and finished up the process before the time they had promised more
