This was a really neat way for me to do something different! Not only was the show itself awesome - but after the show we were able to walk around and look at all the pictures and things that they have on display in the main lobby. The show that we saw was really interesting - they made it fun to learn new information. After the show she showed us what the night sky looked like at that time and showed us different constellations we could always find as well as seasonal constellations that would be around for the next few weeks. It was really an amazing experience! more

Worth checking out. 9/30/2005

This place is awesome. Their exhibits and events are really high end, however you kinda have to be into the material at alot of the events. They have different shows that really aim towards a very wide group of people. Their shows are always very interesting and enjoyable so this is a place that is definatley worth checking out. more

Great learning activity 8/18/2005

Abrams Planetarium on the Michigan State University Campus is a unique and educational place for your next school or community group trip. They have many wonderful displays about our solar system and offer fun tips on how to find different items in the sky. They are open to the public and offer many classes and opportunities to advance your knowledge about the solar systems. more

So interesting! 8/6/2005

The Planetarium Abrams is a fun place to visit for both young and old alike. Prices might be considered a little bit high, but they are not too bad. Different shows are offered throughout the year many of which have special themes. They also offer star and laser shows put on to popular music which is a fun, relaxing way to spend an evening. This is a fun place to go and seems to capture the imagination of all generations. more
