I was skeptical about going there after reading the first review, but I went there anyway because a friend of mine had a good experience with ABRA before. I was pleasantly surprised from the moment I stepped in. The lady there (Sara) was really nice, and they took care of me as soon as timely possible, including sorting things through by calling my insurance company and getting me a rental car. They went above and beyond in fixing my car, and I am very happy with the timely and professional job that they did. Highly recommend them, do doubt about it. more

The work was completed three weeks later than the original date we were given. To make this situation worse, whenever we called to ask about it, we were consistently told ""we'll call you right back"". They never called us and this routine would repeat every three days for three weeks.\r When we finally got the car back it was filthy, filled with dust and snack wrappers. The work was never fully completed. Four months later, the steering fails while we are driving. We learn that they used an incorrect part in the repairs and, since it didn't fit, they decided not to tighten the part.\r Don't even bother trying to call the company. I've spent over 20 hours on the phone and have never been able to talk to a real person.\r If you value your safety, avoid this place at all cost. Overpriced, unreliable, and outright delinquent.
