Able Saved My Home 12/9/2010

After contracting with 2 other roofers who could not figure out how to stop my roof leak, Able sent Brian over and he found the leak. I had fixed my ceiling 3 times and none of the other roofers would stand behind their work. Able fixed it and for the first time in 6 years my roof is leak free. Nice work from Able Roofing more

World Class Service - Able Roofing 12/8/2010

Able Roofing is the best. By brother in law inspected their roof and told me that he has never seen a better roofing job, and he is a roofer! ( from another city , he was visiting me for Thanksgiving ). Just had to write this to boast about these guys more

ABLE ROOFING REVIEW 12/7/2010

Our roof was installed by J&B roofing company in 2003. The shingles went bad and we got a check for $1454 from the shingle manufacturer. We got estimates for replacement and found out that the the original $5000 we spent on our roof in 2003 will now cost $7000. It was insualitng enough only to get $1454 for a roof we paid $5000 for in 2003. Able Roofing worked with us and did our roof at their cost saving us ove $1000. The owner came out and told me that this kind of things happens more than people realize and he felt sorry for us. They did the roof in one day and since they use their own shingle, if the shingles go bad again - Able will simply pay for a new roof. Good stuff - Phillip H more

Thanksgiving Day, they were there! 11/26/2010

I usaully do not write reveiws but I am compelled to do so because of yesterday's events. We had an emergency Thanksgiving day 2010. Water was pouring into our home from the roof. We just bought our house in Worthington 5 months ago and have had no problems. I called 5 roofers and the first 4 had answering machines and no one called me back. Finally I went to Google and saw Able Roofing. I was not familiar with them as I came from Boston. They put me on hold when I called and in about 3 minutes was transferred to Scott who then sent a crew to my house. They came within an hour and stopped the leak. I am not sure if I need a new roof but I am sure that I will choose Able when I do. more

Able Roofing Good Reviews from my Mum 10/31/2010

Able Roofing treated my mother with a lot of respect. I live with my mother and she was very nervous when we had to unexpectedly go out of town the day Able Roofing did the work. My mother was very happy with the roofers. The Production Manager came out with the crew in the morning and introduced each and every roofer to my mum. Then at lunchtime the salesman, Alex, visited as he knew my mother was nervous. My mum could not help making snacks for the roofers throughout the day and giving them Cokes. I think she wants to adopt them lol. Able Roofing gets a good review from me, but especially from my mother. more

ABLE ROOFING - REALLY GOOD !!! 10/31/2010

I just had my roof done by Able and am completely impressed. I live in a large home in Clintonville and was dreading getting this done. I have seen my neighbors get their roof done and it alsways semmed like those jobs would drag on forever. The crew showed up at 8:15, and actually 2 crews showed up because the job was so big. Able advertises one day installation guaranteed but the salesman did not mention it and I thought there was some small print that went with it so my house would not be included. Anyways, the manager showed up around 9:00 and intorduced me to the 2 crews leaders and they agreed that the job would be done that day. REALLY? Then I got scared thinking they would rush. These boys worked their talis off and by dark the job completed. I walked around the next day and couldn't find a single piece of trash, the roof looks good from the ground. I have to trust they did a good job, but since I have a lifetime warranty and I think Able will be around, I am satisfied. Brad more

TWO ROOFS - HAPPY CUSTOMER 10/24/2010

This is the second roof Able Roofing has done for me. I live in Grove City and Able did my first roof in 1996. We recently had a hail storm and every roof in my neighborhood was replaced. Believe it or not Able did almost every roof on my street and completed each and every roof in one day! I saw other compnaies doing roofs and no one got them done in one day like Able. They are more organized and bring the right amount of roofers to the jobsite. My neighbors are happy and I am happy that I recommended them, too. more

ABLE DID ME RIGHT 9/18/2010

I referred 3 people on my street to Able and they told me that they would give me $100 for any person that signed up for a roof. 2 of my neighbors got roofs, but I did not get $200. The salesman came to my house with a check for $500! He explained that the company just changed their policy on referrals and switched from $100 to $250 . They did not have to do that, and I would not have know otherwise - I thought that was pretty cool of them. more

Able Roofing NO COMPLAINTS 9/10/2010

My elderly parents just contracted with Able and they went the extra mile to make them happy. My father is hard of hearing and the sales guy took extra time with him to make sure he understood everything they were doing. In fact, after my dad signed the contract the saleman called me to explain everything just to be sure I was comfortable with everything. We had 2 estimates and Able was a better price and much better warranty. My Dad is really happy, too. more

They did what they promised 9/10/2010

We got 3 estimates and Able was the best. They promised to do the roof in one day and they did just that. My neighbor had someone else and it took almost 2 weeks to get everything done. more

poor work 7/14/2010

Able roofing took advantage of the elderly couple that lived in the house before us, who couldn't get up in the attic to look at their work (the man had dementia). We have the receipt of their work, so we know they did it. In order to fix the water heater exhaust pipe going through our attic, they duct taped a messy joint and charged them $300. Wish I could post the picture of it here for you to see their shoddy work. more

Big mistake to use Able 5/20/2010

Bad, just bad. Subcontracted crew from Maryland threw my roof on in a couple hours. The roof leaked during the next big rain, and Able has blown us off since. Find a good company for your roof. more

Actually They Aren"t 3/11/2009

Neighbor had Able. They wish they hadn't and had asked more neighbors prior to calling Able. \r \r Many roofs were replaced in our area.. Our 20 yr shingles gave up at 12. Good old Centrex shingles. We got all of $378 reimbursement for a $4,000 roof. Is this a rip-off or not?\r \r Able subcontracts out all their roofing. \r \r They stapled her roof. Which is not a right way to put down a roof.\r \r Your roofer should nail the shingles down. more
