Called in the a.m. and they came out in early afternoon, which was great. I needed to replace a new 20-gallon water heater. I was quoted $ 1075 and not knowing much about water heater costs and labor to disconnect and haul out the old one and install new one in attic, I was floored to learn that they picked one up at Home Depot and the list price was $ 260. I do not feel that the labor for 3 hours was worth $ 800!! Overcharged me and I shall not recommend this company to anyone. more

Excellent service and would highly recommend Able Plumbing to others! We had an urgent situation and they were in our home in 30 minutes (after hours) and fixed our problem within an hour. Juan was a very nice man and the service was professional!!! more

I called Able Plumbing to come give me an estimate on a sewer leak we had under our home in April of 2012. They sent their workmen to come out within a day who looked under the house, but because of all the sewer water under there he couldn't get under to take a close look. They gave us an estimate to repair 4 foot of the line where he could just see where the water was coming from. We had to hire a seperate contractor to pump all the water out from under our home. The young man that came out was very helpful in giving me the names of some places to call to do the pumping, but a whimp at everything else. When he was able to get under he said he couldn't do anything because it was infested with leaches, even his boss told him they were black snails. He also said we were snake infested, and when I asked him the next day how many he saw, he said it only takes one. \r The contractor that pumped the water out also laid out plastic under the house and boards so that the boys wouldn't have anything else to complain about and get the job done. Needless to say I don't need whimps under my home to do a job so I was not going to use them again. About the end of Jan. 2013 we started smelling sewer again and I called my contractor out to look. He said there was water everywhere again and he climbed under to look. The sewer was coming from the exact area where Able supposedly fixed our problem to, according to their records ""re-attach 4 foot of sewer line"" which cost me almost $1,500. My contractor pulled all the sewer line from back to front of my home, everything, and replaced all pipe for the same amount but found that the pipe that Able's guys were supposed to have re-attached, were just laying on the ground un-aligned with each other, no primer or plumbing glue or cement at all. Just laying there. Which was allowing the sewer to just come out of the pipe. Of course Ben took up for his workers, but I trust my contractor and I know he would never lie to me. I would never recommend these people to anyone. more

I had Able Plumbing out to help fix my toilets which would both run constantly at the same time. I do not have much money to spend on costly home improvements and repeated this to Benjamin the owner. He sent out one of his service men to check on the clog and they used a ""snake"" machine to clear it out. They were very professional, timely and VERY cost effective. The Service Manager, Billy, and the owner, Ben, both worked with me on a payment plan to help make it cost effective. more

On September 1, 2010 Able Plumbing came to my residence to install new plumbing for the bathroom. The plumber "lost control" of his saw and the saw went through the bathroom wall and the living room wall. The words "lost control" are the words used by Ben the person in charge from Able Plumbing.\r Today is October 7th, 2010. I have called Able Plumbing several times including this morning and the hole in the wall is still not repaired. Ben said he "should not have to pay Rusty any more than he has to fix the problem." I repeated this quote back to Ben to be sure it was correct. I asked Ben why should the customer have to fix the hole in the wall when his worker made the hole in the wall.\r \r The plumber used by Able Plumbing caused the problem. Able Plumbing should correct the problem. As of today, I have a 9 inch by 7 inch area in my living room wall that has not been repaired.\r \r The second problem with Able Plumbing is the workers curse. I was hoping to get some plumbing done a couple weeks ago and woman who answered the phone was EXTREMELY DRUNK!!! She was extremely rude and when I asked if I had the correct number she proceeded to tell me she was the owner girlfriend, Christina like that was suppose to help. I would never use this company if this is an example of who they have representing themself. I don't know how the plumbing is - but now I will never find out now after talking to this Very Rude and Extemely Drunk woman.
