Great job, everytime!! 2/23/2011

I have used Ability Chem-Dry several times and everytime they do a great job. With three kids and a husband my couches and rugs still look brand new thanks to Chem-Dry's attention to detail and thorough cleaning. I get Russ everytime and he is very nice and does a excellent job. A year ago my husband hired a different Chem-Dry company thinking they were all the same....big mistake. They did not do nearly as good of a job so this year I made sure and look up Ability. Hire them, you wont be sorry! more

Quick, reliable, super polite, not $$$$ 9/9/2010

I have used Chem Dry (this one) for almost 8 years. I read somewhere that you could 'drink' their cleaning product, and bc I had been scared off by the term "chem" I had never used them.... but I had a dog and it was a 'situation' where I really needed a pro. I lucked out calling these guys (Dave) and the same guy, Russ, has been coming out ever since. With kids and pets, it is a few times a year. They will do the whole house, but I can also call and say that the dog peed on the stairs and they still come right over and get it taken care of. Really a great operation, hope they stay in business forever. more

Pleasant, professional sevice 1/17/2006

They cleaned our entire house and a sofa that my dogs sleep on and they look and smell like new. It was actually about three months ago and they still look great. They dried fast, just like they promised in about an hour, and the sofa about 3 hours. The technician was friendly and informed my husband and I about the type of carpet and soiling we had.
