Top notch HVAC company 1/24/2012

We had a furnace die in our home and needed a new one installed ASAP -- Minnesota winters can get pretty cold, as I'm sure you know. Abel got a new one installed for us very quickly, and at a great price. Highly recommended. more

I would have been frozen, but they were able to get the job done, and I'm very pleased. 12/16/2011

It was late Friday afternoon and my son stopped by my home to find that it was 36 degrees in the house. The furnace wasn't working, so I started calling everyone I knew from down here and he was calling everyone up there. Between the two of us, the soonest we could get anyone to come out was Monday, and I would have been all frozen up by then. Then I got a hold of Abel Onsite and they sent someone out right on the spot. He found that the blower motor went out, so he went out and was able to pick one up that afternoon. He came back and installed it, and it was very good, though a bit pricey. It wasn't cheap, but he was the one that could get the job done, so I was very pleased. more

Abel Onsite were very kind and helpful. Especially when my husband and I would stop and ask them things, they'd take time to explain things to us and answer our questions. That meant the most to us, not many people would do that. We will definitely use them again. more

Abel Onsite is excellent across the board, and on a scale of 1 to 5, I would give them an 8 for value. We've done business with them for 10 years and they have always pretty much been prompt, on time, and done what they said they were going to do. more

The thing that caused me to enjoy Abel Onsite's service the most was their price, for one, and also I had an issue with their warranty but their tech followed up, installed, and gave the information I needed. The bid installation was on a furnace, and Abel Onsite won the bid with their competitiveness. They were on price in the bidding process. They installed the furnace and they passed the inspection with the city. I've never had a problem after my experience with Abel Onsite! The people at Abel Onsite were very punctual. Everything they quoted was accurate and we didn't have any problems. Abel Onsite was one of the two local companies in our area. The previous owner had used them for the furnace. We used Abel Onsite for the first time a few weeks ago, and they installed a new air conditioning unit and furnace for us. They seem reliable. Our experience with Abel Onsite has been just fine. more

Kept an old system running for 46 years, and was there for us when it stopped running. 8/17/2011

The air conditioning system went down, and Abel On site was very fast to come and get a new system put in, as well as bring all the applicable documents to get the rebates that were available to use for efficiency. They were the original installers of the original Lennox system, making the equipment 46 years old before it stopped running. The fact that it had been running for so long and that they were able to service the equipment all these years is a tremendous reassurance to me. My mother is 86 years old, so she didn't need to have a house without air conditioning, and we were thrilled with longevity of the system she had. It should have crapped out 20 years ago! I can't say enough about Abel Onsite and what they have been able to do for us over the years. more

Abel Onsite installed some ventilators and worked on some of our rooftop units, and they did a good job. They're in the same complex that we're in and they do all the rooftop units here, so I just said as long as they are here we might as well use them, and they do okay. Let me put it this way, they were better than the ones we had before. We certainly will use them again. more

Abel Onsite came and fixed some boilers for us. They came in and went a little bit above and beyond what they had to do and were real professional about it. They even fixed some stuff that they didn't have to fix. more

Abel Onsite is a pretty good company. I put systems on top of roofs, and usually the workers are on time, professional, and good to get along with. That's what counts for me. They are reliable, dependable, and the workmanship is good from what I know of them. M. Neaton more

Terriffic HVAC service all around! Highly recommended! 5/26/2011

Abel has been our HVAC service provider going on six years now for the corporation. Abel has always provided great and reliable service which is hard to find these days. The technicians are professional and very knowledgeable in their field. One of the many great qualities I have observed with Abel is their honesty toward what the customer needs and doesn't need. In other words they don't try to sell you on a bunch of spendy extras and parts just to try to line their pockets. All in all I would highly recommend Abel. more

We needed a new furnace so we called up Abel Onsite. We had used them previously, and knew that they did good service work. They came in on that same day and sized it up for us. It was installed in two days. Excellent job! more

Rooftop AC unit was freezing up. 5/20/2011

A freeze stat was installed after thawing out 4 inches of ice. Now the unit works perfectly, and more importantly I have happy cool employees. Thank yo for being such professionals! more

Abel Onsite has very good service, and good value. I thought they were very nice, the gentlemen who worked down stairs and put in the water heater. When they were done, they cleaned up their mess, soldering or whatever they were doing, and it was all nice. They were all done and everything was installed okay. more
