I was admiring my friend?s teeth and remembered that she HATES going to the Dentist so I asked her where she was going. She told me about Dr. McDuffee at iSmile so I decided to check it out since I needed a Dentist myself. I figured it had to be good if she would finally go herself! My whole experience was really great. The reception people were really nice and the Dentist saw me right on schedule, which I really appreciate. Dr. McDuffee was very pleasant and thorough. I immediately felt like he actually cared about the health of my teeth and not just intimidating me into doing a lot of work. I?m glad I went and I will be telling more of our friends to go there to! more

I don?t like change. I have had the same Dentist for 25 years and then I had to move so I couldn?t go there anymore. A friend of mine told me about iSmile in the Northshore Mall. I figured I couldn?t go wrong if it was already in one of my favorite places to go ? the mall! I ended up seeing Dr. Rosenblatt who is just the nicest Dentist I have ever met. And he?s young enough that I could see him for the next 25 years! He was very thorough and didn?t just treat me like a number. He took his time and explained what he was checking for and was complimentary of the work my old dentist did ? which was nice too. But I think my old dentist also didn?t have all the modern technology this office has! I am very excited about getting Zoom and Invisalign! If you like the mall and need a Dentist ? this is the place! more

My daughter needed ? no, wanted braces so I finally decided to take her in to see the Orthodontist. I went to iSmile in Peabody because it is close to us and because a friend of mine had taken her son there. The first thing my daughter saw was a poster for Invisalign and that was it. We met with Dr. Chilean and he was really patient wonderful! He answered every question and let my daughter do all the talking. Even though he could see how excited she was he didn?t zoom in to close the sale with me. He explained the options and why Invisalign would actually be a better choice than regular braces for her and gave us tons of information. We are already beginning treatment and Dr. Chilean and the staff that helps him have been so great. An all around pleasant experience ? especially because I have a happy teenager! I went to iSmile Dental Associates because I know someone who works there. They told me Dr. Amlani is a very nice person and a good dentist. All I can say is that she was terrific. Besides being a nice person she did an amazing job on my teeth. I needed some cavities filled and it did not hurt a bit. But the best part is I had a front tooth that had a cavity. When she was done it looked perfect! No one would ever know she had fixed it. She used a high tech machine called CEREC and gave me a crown the same day so I didn?t have to go back. I just wanted to say THANK YOU Dr. Rosenblatt. In this day and age it is not easy to find someone who is caring, competent, and up to date. Dr. Rosenblatt and his assistant made me feel very comfortable (I have had bad past dental experiences), they used all of the latest technology with digital xrays and pictures to make sure I understood what I needed. Without any pressure he explained to me the best course of action. Once we decided what was best for me he did a really great job on my new caps. Everyone at iSmile was great but especially Dr. Rosenblatt. I didn?t think going to the dentist could be a good experience but it really was. Thank you again. Jan. Pros: Nice people, great work more

I recently left my old dentist and came to iSmile....What a difference! The problem with my old dentist is that he didn't do any specialty work so I had to get referred out to several other dentists for different procedures....which was a pain going from office to office. I was searching for a periodontist in my area when I found iSmile. I realized that they have all types of dentists in same office. They discussed my case as a team and helped me understand the big picture. Communication between the doctors was so much easier and it brought cohesiveness to whole thing. If you need lots of dental work like I did, go to an office that has the general dentists and the specialists in one location like iSmile. They guys are great. They all have excellent credentials and are super nice. Pros: Multi-specialty practice. Has all the doctors under one roof. more

\r I was a patient here for many years (15 or so) and through several buy outs. The doctor's make very bad judgments here and if you decide to go, make sure you second guess EVERYTHING. This place is a JOKE. No wonder why they've gone under so many management changes. more
