Dirty and Unsafe 9/27/2009

I am skeptical that these cabs are legal on the road! Maybe I just had a bad experience, three times??\r \r These cars that look like a ""pumpkin"" from their color have reached midnight and changed into decrepit dirty unsafe vehicles.
