I am so angry I can barely write- Last week I had your carpet installers put in new wall to wall carpet in my master bedroom. They conveniently forgot to put in new pad - I went to their van to see what they did with the old pad after the installer said: "Ah, I threw it out", I said:"Where did you throw it?" Installer: "In the trash"...I showed him that the new pad was still in the van and there was no old pad thrown out. There were Three men here and not one of them notices an old dirty pad??...plus, they finished so fast I was very skeptical - I called the manager in Delray Beach, Michael and he promised to make it right..the men took up the carpet, as I told them to and put in the new pad - they didn't apologize and left slamming my door. BUT, there is a buckle in the carpet - they did a crummy job and Michael said he would send new people out to fix it...a week has gone by - I even went in Monday and Michael said they put in a work order - if this isn't resolved I will contest the charge on my card and report them. I am so mad - no one has called me to reassure me or anything. I know a lot of people and in Florida word of mouth is everything. I was going to use your company to order more carpet but I think not..Michael took some money off my bill but the carpet still needs to be fixed - I paid over 3,000.00 for the carpet - that's a lot of money....Please help me get this resolved. I am very disappointed in your company.
