Abc American Valet & Shuttle

I'm a personal assistant for a successful business woman whom I will refer to as ""Jane."" About a month ago Jane had asked me to book valet services for an event that was to take place at her home in Malibu. However, along with the gazillions other tasks this woman has me doing, it totally slipped my mind. So the night before the event Jane brought up her party and then it hit me, crap I didn't book valet services. Of course leave it to me to screw someone like this up. Anyhow, I jumped on line, abc was the first one that popped up so I called at 10:30pm. Jaime answered the phone and to my surprise not only was he extremely helpful, knowledgable, but he was the owner of abc valet. What better person to make this event happen at a last minutes notice than Jaime himself. Anyhow, point is he emailed me a contract, I signed it, and booked the deal. Thank goodness they were on time, professional, and they went above and beyond. And Jane never had a clue. Lol. Yup! Thank u Jaime I will be using your services next time she has another event. more

I am giving this guy one more star than he deserves because he did finally refund my money for services he never provided, due to his drivers being an hour and a half late. Do a national search on the Better Business Bureau for a true picture of this company. more

used this company a bunch of times for valet parking at my home. I throw a lot of parties and I know I can always count on Jaime Velarde to hook me up with a great deal. He?s been in the business for a long time and knows what his customers want. Ask to speak with Jaime and he will beat all the other companies prices out there. more

Reliable ABC Valet Company. Had a huge party at my home and they took care of everyone. Definitely recommend them if you need valet parking that?s not ridiculously overpriced like some of those other companies out there. more

Used this company for 2 parties I held at my house this year. They did a great job and I got a really good price from them. I would recommend them if you are having people over at your house or even a business because they know what they?re doing, unlike a few other companies that I?ve used in the past. Also prices are flexible and negotiable based on how many cars are being parked and I still got a great deal from them both times. more

I used this valet company for my 25th wedding anniversary. The parking situation was very difficult with very few parking spots on a steep and narrow hill that was impossible to park a lot of cars. Abc valet did a really outstanding job parking all the cars and getting them back to friends and family very quickly even though they were forced to run back and forth up a steep hill about a 100 times! I really give them an A for their hard work that night. more

ABC Valet provided amazing service for my wedding. They gave me an incredible deal that fit within my budget and I was so happy to know that I could afford valet service on top of all the other expenses from my wedding. I spoke with the owner personally and he broke it down regarding: costs for each valet, their professional attire, and their courteous attitude. I called ABC Valet opening night of my restaurant. I really didn?t know if any valet company was going to be able to help me out in such short notice, but this company saved me! They hooked me up with the right # of valets, dressed professionally, and arrived early with all the equipment needed. It was great to know that I could rely on a company at the last minute and for them to follow through with quality service. They gave me a great deal and really took care of my customers. I highly recommend ABC Valet whether you need them at the last minute or not, they did a great job. Now I have hired them to work every night of the week at my restaurant and it has greatly improved the look, style, and class of people that come to my place.
