We called Abbotts Fire and Flood Restoration because of a flooded downstairs. Every room - some living quarters and a garage - was flooded. The water was about a foot deep, and we needed it gone as soon as possible. Abbotts responded very quickly. They had two crews with four men total. They got here within two hours, worked hard, answered questions, and worked until 3:00 in the morning. They were very polite the whole time. The VP, Bryan Martin, was very good with explaining things, working with us, and giving us options. We were totally satisfied. more

We had a plumbing problem in our crawl space and the dirt got wet, so Abbotts Fire and Flood Inc. had to come and dry it out. They took out all the old plastic and stuff that was there preceding drying it out. Then they dried it out and put plastic over it. They answered all of my questions, were very polite, and just did a real good job. I was very pleased with their work. They are a very professional service. I did talk to the head of the company and he was always very cordial. We had a go-between and whenever I would call she would answer or call me right back. When I would talk to her she would make sure the messages got passed along and that everything was carried out as I requested. She met my needs promptly. Everyone always got back to me quickly, which was important to me. more
