They should up late. Left in the middle of installing my hot water heater because the needed parts. I had already given them the parts. One guy didn't tell the other guy. They tried to bill me for the hour and 45 minutes they were out looking for parts I had already provided. Then they had the neerve to charge me for an extra half hour times two because they wanted to start the time clock from when they left their last job. more

Horrible unprofessional plumbing company? 12/18/2009

This plumber was sent to my home by my home warranty company. He misdiagnosed the problem, which reoccured, causing a leak through my kitchen ceiling. After I called his emergency line and told him about his misdiagnosis he was rude and hung up on me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Cons: ALL more
