The doctors here seem to treat each patient like a number. Some of the doctors take more time than others, but I probably wouldn't feel comfortable leaving my animal here for som...

The staff is wonderful to work with and always explains everything in great detail. KoKo has been coming here since he was a puppy. At 11, he is healthy, active, and living a great life because of the care that Abbey East provides. Thank you Abbey East for your services! more

Excellent facility and staff! 6/23/2011

Our dog has received the best care from a loving, knowledgeable, and attentive staff at Abbey East. I was privileged to "scrub in" during his neutering operation and was favorable impressed with the high standard of cleanliness and care evident, even "behind the scenes". Equal to or better than my wife got during her C-Section when my son was born. And we even got a follow-up phone call from the doctor! Excellent! more

Everyone is always kind and gentle with my cat :) The staff really care about our animals and thoroughly examine every problem. I feel like they go the extra mile in order to correctly diagnose the problem. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for A+ service. more

RUN!!! 5/25/2011

Ridiculously HIGH PRICES. I rescued a 80lb lab mix and took him here for an ear infection. 300 dollars total for treatment, even better....the drops prescribed didnt help. Took him back again 2 weeks later, 300 dollars again for a different prescription drop, and it still didnt clear the infection. They are robbing loving pet owners. Some helpful advice, DO NOT GO HERE! more

Abbey East Animal Hospital is a great place to take your pet 8/2/2009

I don't agree with Ben and Harry. I take my dogs and cats there. I think that Dr. Graye and the rest of the staff are so nice. They always show my pets such compassion. I would not go anywhere else. more

Loved this place! 8/30/2008

I just went to Abbey East on 14 mile for my first time. Let me tell you, the dr. I saw (Dr. Cheney) and the whole staff were wonderful! They really do care about your animal and YOU as well. They are one of the best!! I had called in the evening because my cat was extremely sick and didn't think he could wait for the regular appointment that I already had scheduled somewhere else. I didn't have the money for an emergency vet, and Abbey East told me I could come in right away. I am so thankful for them! The pricing isn't any different from my usual vet. The place is very clean. I got a nice welcome kit too when I first walked in which really made me feel like this was a good place and that me and my cat were going to be well cared for. And we were! The dr. was very good and compassionate. I would definitely recommend Abbey East.. I had such a wonderful experience! I will be going back. more

The doctors here seem to treat each patient like a number. Some of the doctors take more time than others, but I probably wouldn't feel comfortable leaving my animal here for something major. If you have cats, the waiting room is usually filled with dogs. My cats aren't good with this, so that was always traumatic for them. The people there are very nice, but I have found a new place that I feel is more thorough. more
