I have previously leased a TV from Aaron's (which I still own) in one of their Miami stores and their customer service and professionalism was impeccable; AND THEN UFFF, I decided to get a bedroom set from this New Rochelle location...First of I was told the furniture would be ordered and I would receive it within two weeks ( that was on the 16th of May), so I am waiting for my set when I get a call (May 24th) from the a Manager Anthony, that the furniture I was getting was a floor model, of course I refused, if I am going to pay over $2K for a bedroom set I don't want it used. So the a sales rep calls back and tells me I was going to get it on the 26th...I took this day off, and guess what? no furniture, I was for a joke, I called on several occasions and a rep (Elliot) assure me he would call me back(still waiting for that call). On the 27th, after speaking to the manager again, (Anthony) and been assured that my delivery was coming by 1PM, at 4PM, NO DELIVERY, and just tired of it, I gave up and canceled the order and requested a refund on my initial payment.
As if it wasn't enough, today is June 3rd, and still no refund...I contacted the store manager (again Anthony) and he stated he had no knowledge of a refund request and will processed today (keeping my fingers crossed this one is true).
