Aaron's Fine Furniture

Wow... I'm surprised to hear the negative comments here. I don't dismiss any of them, but I can tell you I have been a repeat customer for many years and I've never had any of these problems. The furniture at Aarons is of higher quality than most places. This is solid wood people, not particle board junk with cardboard backing you find at RTG, Kanes, or anywhere else. I've bought a sofa, a camel-back master bed and suite (gorgeous), executive desk and hutch (again, beautiful pieces), sofa tables, granite covered sideboard, mattresses (better than temperpedic), and the most beautiful settee I've seen (one of a kind), and I've never had any issues. they always deal and they are always professional. the furniture is junk...i have returned several peices of furniture and all the furniture i have recieved has a defect...the sofas are very cheap,NOT WORTH THE MONEY,i understand no credit check,and no money down and anyone can get the furniture,but its junk,major defects...and forget customer service,in store and corporate dont care to speek to you... more

What an experience more

After being a repeat customer of theirs, I just picked up another piece of furniture that needed repair. I was happy to have a professional repair the damage, but sadly the repairs were not completed. When I informed the owner he became verbally abusive with name calling and even made a physical threat of what he would do to me if I were in his store. I was in shock over the phone after hearing the owner's temper and lose tongue; sadly this was all over a $50 repair bill! more

Aaron's Fine Furniture is the best place to find quality furniture! I bought a beautiful entertainment center for our new TV, a sofa and some tables and our Family Room looks like a model home. They really took time to help me make the selections. They have a big selection so be prepared to spend some time there. I know the furniture will last a very long time. I would definetly recommend them to anyone who is buying furniture. Their showroom is huge!!! Pros: Quality Furniture Cons: Hard to make selection with so much to choose from more

I have shopped at a number of furniture stores recently as I have just purchased my first home. My neighbor mentioned Aaron's and said they had recently moved to Casselberry. I loved the store from the moment I walked in. The salesperson I worked with was a woman named Erin but they call her ""E"" so as not to confuse her with the owner. I received a great deal. I bought some furniture off the floor and ordered some. They had to make two deliveries but I only paid one delivery fee. The nightstand did have a nick in it on delivery, but they sent a technician out within two weeks and he was awesome. I am very pleased with my shopping experience. I enjoy just going in and looking around, they have beautiful furniture and really unique accent pieces. Pros: No pressure sales more

My friends are suing them for not delivering what they ordered. I cant believe they stay in business; they must be working off of Barnums adage there is a s ucker born every minute. Luckily my neighbors filled in the whole neighborhood and saved some of us, but it was too late for others. I dont know if they are joining in the law suit or they are each on their own. more

Every item we ordered was very damaged (and it was metal) and they wont replace it, they want to send out a repair guy, what a bunch of BS. Other furniture companies will sell you the same furniture at their price. I feel that you should deal with someone reputable and use Aaron's to get a good price somewhere else. These guys do not deliver what they promise. Please, before you buy there, ask around. We did after the fact and have not found a former customer that would shop there again. Odds are the one good review was put there by the store. Cons: They do not honor their commitments more

No need to spend $4K on a dining table or $11K for home entertainment center-instead go over to Aarons in Maitland for beautiful furnishings at beautiful prices. I purchased a gorgeous vanity finely detailed w/black granite counter &bronze fittings-its stunning. I've priced these babys (as I do everything before I buy) & this item was at least $300 less than anywhere -including Ebay !!! (I shop for the BEST price). Anyway, the service was excellent, the salesman I delt with (Michael-I think he's the manager) was extremely knowledgeable. There was ZERO pressure to buy-simply because I think they KNOW they're offering the best for less. At least that's my take on things. BTW, I live in Maitland & had never stopped in before...thinking all they offered were country things BUT I was like WAY surprised to find a whole cadre of wonderful olde world decor - ooh lah lah !
