I recently had Aaron Plumbing out and I could not be happier with them. I've had some bad experiences in the past with plumbers but their plumber was different. My husband and I just had a Rinnai tankless water heater installed by Aaron Plumbing. We had three other companies come out and give us estimates. We knew that Aaron Plumbing was the best company as soon as we met Jack McCloud. Jack was so knowledgeable and gave us a great price. He was able to put the the unit in the next day. We had plenty of hot water by the time the kids got home from school. Jack even hauled away our old water heater so it could be recycled. We had a toilet that kept backing up. I decided to call Aaron Plumbing after reading their great online reviews. I called and got an appointment that fit MY schedule. The technician came out and used a camera to investigate the problem because the same toilet kept giving us problems. ( Our other plumber had never even suggested this kind of service.) It turns out that the toilet was not clogged after all. There was a clog farther down my sewer line. The technician cleared the blockage in quickly and for a very reasonable price. My house and my yard both had blue poly pipe. It seemed like we were having a leak repaired every other month. I was paying my old plumber a fortune just to keep the leaks in check. One of my neighbors told me about Aaron Plumbing. The next time we had a leak I decided to call them. The technician was very knowledgeable. He suggested that I replace all of the blue pipe both inside and out and he gave me a great estimate. Once I figured out how much I had spent fixing all my leaks I decided to make the change. I came home late last Monday afternoon to find water all over my basement. My old water heater had leaked everywhere. I did a lot of research on tankless water heaters before making the switch - decided to go with Aaron Plumbing. I found them highly recommended on the Rinnai website. They came out the same day I called, and their quote was in line with the other 2 companies that I shopped before making the decision. I called them this morning after finding my water heater leaking in my basement. Took advantage of their $795 water heater deal - I was skeptical when they told me about it on the phone, but figured I'd take a chance. Glad I did! I bought my house knowing about the poly pipe buried in my front yard. This morning I wake up to a flood in my finished basement. It's now 3:30 in the afternoon and that junk pipe is outta here for good. Jeremy was able to replace the entire line without tearing up the whole yard. Very impressive, I've called 3 of my neighbors over so far, to show off the yard. I'm honestly having to convince people of what just happened here today. I called Aaron plumbing for a leak under my sink. The lady in the office was very friendly and took all my information. The plumber that came out did great work and was cleaner than most plumbers I have dealt with in the past. All that being said, the most surprising part is when Angela called back to check on the health of my mother, whom I had mentioned had been in the hospital. After deciding to not change some piping myself due to time and effort, I contacted a few contractors for bids. I chose Aaron's Plumbing based on bid and promptness of appointment. Having little available feedback from research, I based on nothing else. The piping itself was replaced accordingly. A couple of days after the plumber had left, I noticed a very large leak coming from inside of my finished drywall which was sprung as a result of the work that Aaron's conducted. The Plumber said that he would come out and fix for nothing. Problem was that while the leak wasn't that big of a deal, I had to replace a rather large piece of finished drywall from the ceiling. \r \r After bringing this up to Aaron, the plumber came back out and offered to glue the leaky pipe together for $175. (In spite of previous offer.) It was about a foot away from the area that they had just replaced. They would not repair the drywall. The problem was caused from heavy use of sawzall. This heavy pounding vibration on pipes sprung a large leak next to what he had just replaced. I know this was the fact because I was at home as the Plumber was working on the issue. Also I am fairly handy so I know the cause of the problems. Plumber said it was not their problem and it was due to pipes not being glued right. I say that there was never a problem before and now there is after 20 years? \r \r Plumber was rude and not agreeable the second time around. Owner was not responsive to message left to call to discuss\r I ended up fixing the leak and drywall myself but will never recommend this plumber. \r \r Ps. I spent over $5k for plumbers to come out last year on a sewage pipe in the front yard that burst. Different contractor did a great job. Pros: Prompt Cons: Bad follow up to ensure quality is good more
