Absolutly terrible. They change prices, and they also milk you for as much money as they can get. They often fix things that do not need fixing in the attempt to recieve as much profit from each repair. I went in there for a simple repair on a starter and the next thing I knew they replaced the starter, the electronic module control, and they were getting ready to replace the fuel pump all on a 2004 car with only 64,000 miles on it. I immeditly towed the car off of there lot and took it to another auto repair shop and he changed some fuses and I sold the car 2 years ago with 103,000 miles on it and no problems since the fuses were replaced. I sold cars at a local car dealership at the time and relized quickly after that there were plenty of similar horror stories, I HIGHLY advise anyone to avoid this place at all costs. Chuck Hoover is a rip off, a liar, and a terrible business
Cons: Poor contact, Bad prices, Dishonest, typical Flint repair shop.
