Dr. Polk is a great doctor with a kind and caring personality. He is about the only doctor I have ever known that treated his patients as his friends. I have used Dr. Polk whenever possible. Read the reviews and they must be talking about another Dr.- Went to him for a number of yrs and he washed his hands with a issue he misdiagnosis and has done that to many people. Wouldn't use him on my livestock. more

Dr. Polk is the best doctor in East Texas, and possibly the state. His office has electronic records, and he actually listens to you instead of stamping a diagnosis on you after you've said two words. He correctly diagnosed an EXTREMELY rare and serious condition in my family member, and pulled strings to have tests performed the same day as the appointment to verify the diagnosis. Other doctors misdiagnosed my own illnesses, and he knew exactly what was wrong. The only "bad" thing is that he does NOT give out prescriptions without a fight. Personally, I think that's a good thing - it keeps you from becoming immune to them, and makes your body stronger to fight other diseases. His office is always VERY busy, but it's because he's the best! more

Dr. Aaron Polk is a wonderful family practitioner. Dr. Polk's office is relatively easy to get into. He treats the old and young alike. We have found him to be extremely good at treating the elderly.
