Visited Aaron Brothers this past weekend in order to frame three oil paintings. The person working the framing counter was on the telephone for an extended period while I waited at the counter. Upon finishing the call she simply walked into the back room without asking if I needed assistance. She came out again, would not make eye contact, and again walked into the back room.\r

A clerk from the front of the store finally walked back and offered assistance. At this time, a second and third customer arrived. This clerk could not help me since it was her first day on the job, although I did appreciate that she tried. She indicated another person from the front was on their way to assist me and then helped customer #2. Finally, the third clerk arrived but instead began helping the second customer. And low and behold, the lady from the back room finally decided to come out and help customers - - - but she again ignored me and assisted customer #3.\r

It's a shame people these days have such a poor work ethic. I will not be visiting this store again.\r
