Let me preface this review by saying that the service was so bad that it prompted me to join this site. I went to the Culver City store to have two mats cut...that's all. First, I had to hunt down the one employee on the floor, who took over 20 min just to ring up my order (after all the choices were made). I was told that my order would ready in 9 days, but probably much less since the mats were in stock. I called on the 9th day and was told that the mats were not ready AND that my order didn't exist because someone must have ""deleted it."" Orders must get deleted often, because the guy I spoke to didn't even sound surprised that my order was missing. SHADY! Of course it only took them about 2 hours to cut the mats, since they had them IN STOCK the whole time. When I asked to speak to a manager, I got an assistant manager who tried to give me the run-around about the delay to avoid explaining why my order ""mysteriously got deleted."" No effort towards customer service at all. Overall, I spent $60 for two white mats that could have been cut anywhere else with much less hassle and shadiness.
