These guys moved my neighbor in the snow got the truck stuck and then slid it into my yard creating ruts and damaging it and now they will not pay to fix my yard a guy named Josh Gordon said it was a act of God however Missouri law says they are 100% liable and now my lawyer is setting a court date to sue them. There trucks have bald tires no tread and their drivers are even dumber and now I have to wait months to have my front yard fixed that they screwed up. BEWARE. The driver would not stop digging ruts in my yard when I told him to, he just did what he wanted using a shovel to dig around the tires creating more damage so they would not have to call a wrecker. These people are cheap they will not tell me the owners name or there insurance company name so they think they cannot get sued or a claim on their insurance. Now do you think if they damaged any of your belongings they would pay,, I doubt it. more

I contracted with this company a year ago to pack, move, and store my household. They moved two trucks of furniture and only returned one truck. They did not store my goods in a secured warehouse as indicated, instead left it on a truck in their parking lot for a month before the truck was stolen off their lot. Per checks were stolen and forged in excess of $25,000. The owner said he would reimburse me for my losses, however after sending him the list...to date I never heard from him. I lost in excess of $30,000 in household goods. more
