Tried to return an item after being assured that all fees and charges would be credited if received back in new condition. Company then charged for shipping, told me that their rep shouldn't have told me everything would be credited; said too bad. Then Vice President Vogel stated he would take care of it; he didn't.\r
In a nutshell, they lied to me. Fortunately, my credit card adjusted my balance, saving me any more grief with Marcone. I would never use them again. There are many reputable firms out there; who needs one like Marcone.
