AAI Pest Control / The pest service you can count on 3/27/2017

We have been with AAI for approximately 25 years...when we built our house we started with another pest company..AAI has done an excellent job for us...They email me with our next service date, I can pay online..Also when we go on vacation they will change service to meet our needs...Even when we find some (weird) type of bug they can take care of it...Service you don't receive with other pest companies..I Highly recommend AAI to everyone... more

My service tech Matt S is a great guy. Very friendly and kind. Always on time in the window I need. If he's late he always calls. AAI has provided a great service and been pest free for awhile now. If I do have an issue, he always goes beyond to take care of it. more

New service. 12/23/2016

As promised the tech called prior to arrival and AAI sent me a reminder about the scheduled service the day before. Matt did an excellent job and was very informative. The price that I was quoted was very fair in fact I am now paying the same as my previous company and getting an extra service call per year. more

All I can say about Marcus is he is Super! He takes very good care of our needs and is extremely through! Marcus always asks if we are having any particular problems and has always addressed those issues! Lastly, I'd like to comment on Marcus and his attitude! He is always happy, friendly remembers and calls me by name. I appears he enjoys what he is doing and takes pride in his performance! All in all, I'd give Marcus a A for his effort and an A+ for his attitude! more

Always friendly, very helpful 5/3/2016

Marcus is always reliable, on time, knowledgeable, and willing to help. I thought I had a potential pest problem that went away, but he still peeks his head in from time to time just to check up on us and make sure we are pest free. He always has a smile on his face and a great attitude. I wish I could run into more people like Marcus on the job every day! Keep up the good work! more
