Exceptionally poor customer service:
I use to be prior military and have learned that if someone has to state how long they have been in the service consistently 1) they do not feel respected, 2) their peers or co-workers obviously don't listen to them, and 3) honestly nobody really cares as long as the job gets done. Basically, no matter where you work, your job performance should speak for itself without you, yourself, having to disclose how important you may think you are.
At AAH, there is this employee who has been there for 9 years. I know this because she felt she had to express that to me more than enough times. I did actually hear her the first time. Honestly for someone who has worked there for 9 years she surely displayed no customer service skills whatsoever. I would think that after 9 years one would have an idea that no self respecting person likes to be talked down to and treated like they are bothering her.
Perhaps, 9 years has been too long for that employee to work at a one establishment. I didn't meet that 9 year employee till recently, but I certainly hope she displayed an actual human side in prior years. I hope in the future instead of blaming me, the perspective customer, whom she talked trash about right in the lobby with no concern for how she may be perceived, actually for one human moment in her cold, distant, and obviously lonely and miserable life could think ""what did the customer have to do to get here today, to spend money here willingly.""
Well, for one I was referred by an old customer and drove more than an hour to get there just to be greeted by her snotty bs attitude because she was still on lunch. I had no idea and for her to take it out on someone she barely knew it unsatisfactory.
I for one will inform more than one person that AAH, Hemet CA is by far one of the worst establishments I have set foot in. Just because Hemet may only have a handful of veterinary establishments does not mean that people will set themselves up for interacting with a snotty 9 year employee who seems to hate her job.
Congrats AAH, for I will avoid your veterinary establishment gladly. As I left I was told and I quote, ""this has happened before, and usually its the clients fault."" The veterinarian stated this himself. Now clearly, if this has happened numerous times as I was told and with the same person, the 9 year employee some percent of the population would consider this a ""consistency"".
Thank you for your assistance in helping me decide that I will spend absolutely no money at your practice, and any other related practices that you may be affiliated with.
