I recently booked Aadvanced Limousine for a trip I coordinated for my university club. Everyone I talked to on the phone was flexible and easy to work with. They knew about another university group booking a trip and worked on them together to make sure we both got the discount for being part of a university program. With my busy schedule here at school, it is easier to get in touch with me via email rather than phone, and after mentioning this, they were immediately willing to continue booking everything and corresponding with me over email. I had never booked transportation for such a large group before, and was quite intimidated by the idea of it, but Aadvanced made it extremely easy. I was surprised at the excellent level of customer service and consideration for my own and my group's needs.\r

The one thing I did not like was that we got an extremely discourteous driver. He was extremely rude from the moment he picked us up to when he dropped us off at the end of the day. Leaving our university, he got lost in the surrounding town and blamed me personally for it. He also kept the temperature of the vehicle painfully cold, though several people asked him politely to please turn the temperature up a little. I was afraid to even ask him to do this after the way he treated me about the directions. Honestly, if the customer service was not as spectacular as it was, the driver was rude enough that I would never have come back to this company for anything.\r

So, watch that one downside!
