Never Showed Up 12/7/2009

Last year 2008, I called this company 3 weeks in advance and reserved ""The Little Mermaid"". The ""owner"" called the night before to confirm time and even on the day the employee called and said they will be running about 30 minutes late since the employee was coming from Arlington. They NEVER showed up! I could not even call the employee back, because they called from a freaking pay phone... Total disappointment!! more

Worst Experience EVER 7/13/2009

Do not use this company!!! We had a bday party for my son and had scheduled (2 months in advance) Blue's Clues to come out. They called THE DAY of the party and said they were running 15 min late. Then they called back a little later and said the costume they ordered would not be here until monday!!!! They had called me 2 weeks prior to the party to confirm things and then I called twice the week before the party and they said everything was fine. Cons: reliability more
