Please do not use this inspector. I am in the process of filing a compliant with Texas Real Estate Commission. He does not honor his word and he is very slow. We used him as a certified 203k inspector and he made my client do all the work. Please do not use this guy., Pros: He was cheap Cons: Can not depend on him at all more
