These are nice folks. Roxanne is very helpful. I recommend them. They offer competitive prices and really value their customers. Pros: They know their stuff.

First I would like to say, that Dan is very friendly. But that is all the further it goes. I went in for 8 different items. They did not have anything I was looking for. I agree, they have tons of guns but I guess the reason for that is, on there used guns, they have them marked up double of what the book value is worth. They also will not deal. What is on the price tag is what they want for it. Just find it somewhere else for half the price. more

I've bought five or six guns from these guys and even sold them a few too and received a fair price but honestly it depends what day you come and do your best to deal with Richard or the guy that works on the guns mainly in the back with the beard. Pros: null Cons: null more

Plenty of Guns, Over Priced 3/8/2011

They have a huge assortment of guns, 5000 plus, but the reason they have so many firearms is because there are NO deals or negotiations. \r \r Owner/management does not negotiate on prices at all, period.\r \r Watched and over heard management tell a perspective buyer that the price is the price plus tax and they didn't care if they sold the $400 gun or not, flat out. \r \r Most firearms they have for sale are extremely over priced. Went to buy 2 high end firearms with cash in pocket, looking for a little off (10%) asking price and the cash never had a chance to come out of my pocket. \r \r They could really have a good thing going in Central Florida if they would negotiate a bit especially since they probably only have 30% of the asking price in most firearms in stock.\r \r Too bad we can't do business... more

ego, mouthy, and no fun close of sale 2/1/2011

tons of guns on the ceiling and on the walls & in counters\r first salesperson was excellent, helpful and courteous\r then Ron had to do my Fed Check and of course he was on hold 45 minutes (not their fault, and everything was cool)\r after payment, and fed check another guy (name unknown) had to check the paperwork behing Ron...... \r after he sees my hometown, starts ragging me about BBQ and how his is better than Lexington BBQ ever will be, and vinegar style BBQ is all there is..... blah blah blah\r figured he's just ribbing me.... so no sweat\r BUT HE NEVER lets up........ he just keeps blathering until I'm so sick his ego I want give the shotgun I just bought back......\r not sure I'll buy there again, if I have to listen to him run off at the mouth\r ruined what up to that point was a pleasant experience more

Would not buy anything from this company 12/18/2010

I walked into the store and asked the cleark if I could see a glock. I looked it over pulled the slide back checked to see if it was unloaded and released the slide and went to pull the triger the sales person told me it would cost me 10 dollars because this can cause damage to the firing pin. Come on now this in no way damages the firing pin maybe if I sat and pulled the trigger all day on an empty chamber. This sales person lost a sale because of this. more

Didnt give me a chance to visit 12/2/2009

Before making a 100 mile round trip drive I called to ask about a specific rifle. They told me they probably have it because they have 5,800 guns on the wall. I asked if they were busy so I could call back but they said they were not busy. I asked the guy to do a price check on the specific mdel I wanted but he said he didn't have time and I would have to come in. Well they never got the chance to get my business because of it. I'm buying a gun today after a few weeks of research, just not at AAA gun and pawn. They are rude when I want to buy I can't imagine if I was trying to get an issue taken care of. Pros: i hear there are a lot of guns there Cons: wouldn't talk to me on the phone at all more
