The inspections revealed some additional problems that would need to be repaired in order to pass inspection by Ballwin and/or St. Louis Country. the original quote had to be revised to complete the additional repairs. The water heater was dropped on on Thursday and the repairs in installation was completed Friday Afternoon. more

I requested assitance from AAA just after they opened for the day. They could only commit to service the following day, which I understood, but because of my urgency they managed to work me in and fix my problem by around noon that same day. Brian, their tech, was cordial and knowledgeable. I would do business with AAA again and can only highly recommend them. more

The service from AAA Home Services was extremely professional. They were available to come out the next day after my calling. The serviceman called before arrival. It was obvious from our conversation, he was well educated and experienced in fixing my problem. He offered me a service plan that would offer me savings over the course of the year, which included HVAC, electrical and plumbing services. It was all a good experience. I would recommend them. more
