This place is great. The are so nice and accommodating. They ordered my car door and had it painted so that when I brought the car in they only had to put it on and buff things out. I had it detailed and it looks like a brand new car, but is really 5 years old. Their prices were very fair. I would recommend A-Z to everyone. more

Sparky and the guys at A-Z are the most honest, reliable mechanics I've ever used. They always explain what they are doing and why it needs to be done. They make you feel like a part of the family. It was the first time I got into a car accident (bumper scratch/dent) and I was unsure of how to proceed. I had a brand new BMW and as you can imagine was really paranoid about body car shops having heard many horror stories of over charging or unneeded piece replacement / scam. Following my insurance companies guidance I selected a body car repair shop from the insurance's list, A-Z Auto Center was the one I chose. I came in on a morning to A-Z Auto Center and was greeted by the manager who efficiently handled the issue and set me up to have a rental pick me up at the center. My experience with A-Z Auto Center went smoothly in every way. I had a great experience with this center and I highly recommend the efficient, nice and professional staff at A-Z Auto Center. I cannot stand getting my car worked on because it is always such a hassle. I had a hit-and-run and a huge dent in my car. I went to the A-Z body shop because it was close and because I had always had a good experience at the A-Z mechanic shop. They were great. Tony there helped me to deal with all the details of my insurance company and handled most of it on his own. He quoted me quickly, going over all my options with me, and gave me very fair prices. He went out of his way to make sure I got the best deal for my money. And, they have a rental shop right there, so I was able to drop off my car and then drive away in a very inexpensive rental. Also, they finished my car earlier than they had promised. I was very happy, so when I had another dent a few weeks later (such is life), I didn't hesitate to go back and ask for Tony. I dropped off my car on New Year's Eve to replace the bumper and had it back Jan. 2 - all at a very reasonable price (I called a few other places for rough guestimates). Great customer service. This will be the spot for my future auto body/service needs. more

Took my car in for inspection, and failed. I couldn't fix the car that day, however, so they told me to go back another time. When I went back a week or so later, they remembered me right away, and fixed my car very quickly. I didn't even have to remind them that I needed a new inspection sticker; when I went to pick up my car; they had already put on a new one. more

A-Z Auto Center is one of the few auto body repair shops you can find nowadays. The manager himself will usually come up and talk to you and if he is unavailabe, one of his highly trained and certified employees is always available. Also, not only do they do an excellent job repairing your car, they set low prices and ensure that your car will be done as soon as possible. My car was even done two days ahead of time. This is a place you can trust with your car and you won't be disappointed. If you go to A-Z Auto Center and you aren't convinced that this is the best auto repair shop around, you must be crazy. I called az autoglass to get my windshield replaced in my dodge pickup. I was very happy with the service and the replacement. They were able to get me ""mopar"" glass and now it looks bran new again. I am very happy and satisfied. I will recommend them to everybody I know. I was in quite a dilemma. I was driving down the mass pike and a piece of ice blew off the top of a tractor trailer and completly smashed my windshield. I called my insurance company and they gave me the phone number to this glass company A Z auto glass. I called them and spoke to the nicest girl . She took all of my information over the telephone "" I DIDN'T HAVE TO DO A THING""and set the claim up in minutes.Before I knew it the technician was at my job installing my windshield. I got my car washed in 15 minutes without an appointment. I own a newer vehicle that I only hand wash, I never run it thru the car wash. A-Z hand washed, cleaned all windows and applied tire dressing for a great price. Pros: quick service, great location more
