The main reason I chose this body shop to repair my damaged car was they're part of a specialized service my insurance company offers. Little did I know that this shop doesn't actually care about customer service. After receiving several dates that body work would be completed, I finally got my car 3 weeks later, with one of the owners giving me excuse after excuse as to why no one had contacted me concerning the date changes, how busy the shop was, the insurance company should have contacted me, etc. Then when getting the paperwork regarding the repairs the amount required from my insurance carrier was incorrect. How many oversights can you have? And there's a ""secretary"" there! What is the world coming to when customer service is at the bottom of the list when you want my money?! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
