My computer issues were resolved professionally, and my business was back on track quickly, so I never had to miss a beat. The A-Tek technician was highly efficient and knowledgable when he fixed our network in our engineering firm. Our server was down and our ""old"" IT service company could not come that day to fix it. We did a Google search and found A-Tek, called and they dispatched a technician immediately. We were up and running by days' end! Since this experience we have signed on with A-Tek and they provide us fast service via remote access, which has cut our computer downtime to minutes instead of hours. Should an onsite visit be required, they are here when we need them.\r \r We highly recommend A-Tek to any business who needs an excellent, FAST and experienced computer service company.
