Service went smoothly 7/6/2017

Had my ac units serviced. Technician was friendly and professional. He called me and said he was able to arrive early which worked out great. Service went smoothly and I'll definitely use them in the fall to service my furnace. more

Honesty and integrity 5/15/2017

Honesty and integrity. That's what you'll get when you call Brad and the boys. Luckily I found them from Yelp. Since being born here in 1967 I've only used random companies here and there, as needed. Not one of those companies ever stood out. I ended up needing a new system but I had total confidence in A-tech throughout the process. Their knowledge is only surpassed by their customer service. They arrive when promised, perform the work as promised and take the extra time to address any concerns or questions you might have. After this, I would never consider using anyone else. It should be called A+++++++Tech! more

Fast, efficient, professional and honest...We had been with out cool air for a few days which is horribly hell...Same day Service, every other place I called couldn't come for a few days, but they were there in a few hours and were open to answering all of our questions... Just WOW. I really wish all companies could be this FANTASTIC. I'm just so impressed at their level of service and attention to detail, there isn't enough room here to detail it all. Here is the gist: I found these guys on Yelp and gave them a call after seeing the reviews. They answered right away, then Brad scheduled to come out the next day. He communicated with me every step of the way and arrived on time (actually 10 mins early). Once he arrived, he listened attentively to the issues, investigated the units thoroughly and supplied us with a report. Extremely professional and has the expertise. Go with them, you will be glad you did! more

A-Tech technician and Brad are outstanding!!! Honest and straightforward as you can get. Our AC/furnace combo unit was about 15 or 20 years old and on its last leg. Compressor was going and we needed to make a decision before the first week of summer in the desert. It was quite east with A-Tech, they gave us multiple options and we decided to buy an entire new unit. The guarantees alone have left us with a piece of mind for years to come, which is priceless. This week of 110 degrees to 115 degrees would have been a daily stress, not if, but when would our old unit decide to take its final breath... THANK YOU A-Tech!!! more

These guys were great. 4/11/2017

These guys were great. My A/C broke in the middle of the NV summer. The first three companies I called couldn't get to my house in a day or two, and anyone who has lived in Vegas in the summer knows, that going with out AC is just not an option. These folks were out same day, and had it fixed quickly. They were friendly, and very reasonably priced I'm keeping their card next to my AC so I remember to specifically call them the next time I have an HVAC issue more

These guys are awesome! Past experiences have shown Brad and his guys are at another level. Normally I would be told a 4 hour window for a tech to arrive but not with A-Tech they gave me a 1 hour window and were on time! They diagnosed and solved my AC problems in addition to displaying an amazing level of professionalism despite me being a late appointment on a 105 degree day! more

Absolutely no problems 2/23/2017

Great experience. Came out on time scheduled, diagnosed the problem and showed us what it was. Told us what it would cost, then went and got part, and repaired furnace. A good experience and absolutely no problems and with a lower than expected price. I will definitely call them in the future should I have any other heating and cooling problems. more

I was extremely impressed 2/6/2017

I needed a 2nd opinion and found A-Tech on Home Advisor with phenomenal ratings. I called and spoke to Brad. After assessing the issue he took the time to explain everything and completed the job the next day, which happened to be a holiday! I felt so comfortable with Brad that I had all this done before receiving a quote from the first company. Turns out he saved me $1,200!! I was extremely impressed and will use A-Tech from this point on more

My AC unit busted last night and was stressing about how much I was going to have to shell out. I called another company and they couldn't come out until a few days later. Called A-Tech, they were able to come out within a couple hours and fortunately was able to fix it within half an hour. Professional work, great customer service, and fast turn around time. Highly recommend these guys if you ever find yourself in a similar situation. Thank you Jared and Antonio! more

These guys are the real deal 11/15/2016

After a dismal experience with other folks (Windy City and L & S), we decided to give this place a try. Needed 2 new AC units replaced and they gave us a reasonable price, checked the other units and did this all in a respectful, polite and competent manner. They answered all my hubby's questions and texts promptly and showed up on time. No hidden fees or surprises. Would definitely use them again.Brad (the owner) even showed up to check on the install, Luke and Antonio spent plenty of time to get the job done correctly and were so courteous. These guys are the real deal. No shortcuts, no used parts, no jerry-rigging of parts. Thank you guys! more

Did first class work 10/11/2016

If you want a great company, look no further. I had to replace my compressor when it burned up on a hot summer day, and they came right away to help. I watched the crew as they worked the next day. I could tell they were true professionals and did first class work. It was also a relief they didn't try to pressure me to buy equipment I didn't need and helped me pick the best option for me. The final price was also very reasonable compared to other estimates. You would never have any regrets choosing this company. more
