Unacceptable service 6/30/2009

On two seperate occasions I have entered this store for help. Both times I was directed to an employee who was wrong in his directives and smart mouthed in his delivery. The first time I eventually asked for a manager who promptly helped and solved my problem. Had I not I would have had to spend an additional 100+ dollars. The employee returned from his lunch break and could have cared less that he was wrong and another had done what he was unable to do. Pros: none Cons: cynical unhelpful service more

Pathetic Customer Service 12/19/2008

I attempted to purchase gift cards @ this AT&T location. After I purchased the gift cards (swiped my credit card), the sales rep said the cards would validate. I was unable to purchase the cards and later found my card had been charged $150.00. I went back and spoke to the manager, after waiting over an hour, and he acted as if I was a bother and gave me a credit back on my card. It's been 4 days and still no credit. My bank is now having to dispute the charge! Horrible Customer Service! Pros: None Cons: Bad customer service! more

Staff was extremely helpful and patient with us when we were tranferring our phone over. They had a huge variety of phones, accessories and plans available for us. They also had some great prices and some excellent clearance items for sale. more
