Patriot Automotive did an outstanding job fixing my car (as always). They're professional, honest, hard working, and they know their stuff. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

Worst

Patriot replaced the fuel pump, for a metallic noise however it did not eliminate the noise. I'll need to take it back in now.

Brought my car there for oil change because daughter were headed back to college an after they did that the big mouth Rep. that's sits in first chair when you walk in he goes in front of everyone in waiting area oh you need new tires wire is hanging out both tires well I took it to Trotta Tires an it was no wire an they just tried toget over on me because I'm a woman. So after all I didn't need tires after big mouth blurred out an when I'm leaving he goes be careful on those tires never coming back more

Friendly Fast Service 12/21/2014

Patriot was willing to take my car in for service even though it was a half hour before closing time on a weekday. The replacement of a brake light and an oil change didn't take long at all, and service manager Bobby was extraordinarily helpful and friendly throughout the process. more

New Customer and the 12.99 oil change 11/30/2014

I was running errands and was looking for the oil change place that I reluctantly was looking for. I was not eager to spend the going rate of $40 for an oil change, nor trading price for hours of waiting on a Saturday when I saw the sign for $12.99 oil change (with rotation!). I ended up needing a bit more work done, which I could recognize myself with novice knowledge. They pressure, upsell, or gouge me!!!! I did the repairs immediately because of this, their very reasonable pricing, the staff, the location's great waiting area and office (like a dealer), and the very quick turnaround. more

OUTRAGEOUS QUOTE 11/20/2014

On November 29, 2013 my brakes locked and smoked up 1 block from your site. I had my brakes, calipers, eta l replaced/repaired at a cost of $623.88. Today less than 1yr, and only 1800 miles driven my brakes became spongy and I brought the car for inspection. After the mechanic looked into my problem I got a quote of over $400 to replace the Master Cylinder -- WHY WASN'T THIS REPAIRED DURING THE FIRST VISIT; IF IT EVEN NEEDED REPLACING? My car sat idle from March thru Nov. 17, 2014, and your SALES REP tells me "THE CYLINDER DRIES UP WHEN SITTING IDLE" -- THATS PURE BULL!!! $623 should have been near enough to cover the cylinder work when work was initially performed... more

I brought my Ford Taurus to Patriot for the first time yesterday for their "basic $12.95 oil change. Once Bobby one of their service advisers informed me just what you get for $12.95 (bulk oil), I opted to go with their next level up for an oil change that they offered ... $26.95. The basic $10.00 difference was, with the BETTER oil, I'll be able to go 5K miles vs. the max. 3K miles before my next oil change. Note ... there is NOTHING wrong with the $12.95 oil change, but as much as I like a "deal", I also don't want to be back in 3K miles for another $12.95 oil change. Two thumbs up for their customer lounge which include coffee, tea, donuts, and a 55" flat screen TV. more
