Worst AT&T store in SC 11/17/2011

Awful, awful store. I tried to pre-order my iPhone 4s from this store and they told me I would get it in 15 business days. Nearly 25 days later after numerous phone calls, I go by the store and find out that they didn't even bother to order my phone. Needless to say, I'm never taking my business there again. more

Location sucks 2/9/2011

Associates cannot answer even the simplest questions, are rude, and can't help with operational questions on phones over a year old. The phone system hangs up on you when you ask for a customer service associate. Get an unlimited plan from another company and save money and your sanity. more

Friendly and helpful staff 2/10/2006

I had never had a cell phone, until I walked into this place. They were very understanding to my needs. They never tried to talk me into something that I did not need.\r \r Ipicked out the prepaid phone I wanted. They showed me how all the features worked,taught me how to load the phone with minutes. \r \r I was in and out within 15 minutes. Whenever I go to this store, whether there are 10 people in line or 2, they are quick to take care of each customer.\r \r I have never had any type of problems with my phone or service, therefore I highly recommend this company to anyone in the need for a cell phone. PROS: Great Prices on phones/plans, great customer service. CONS: None more
