This company is a joke, no returns allowed, they scam your account and make you take features that you dont want. They added features to my bill i didnt want and they cost me 80.0...

This place is a joke. They will lie to you to sell you something, then when you figure out they scammed you, you aren't allowed to return anything without paying fees. Since they are an authorized dealer and not a corporate store, customer service can't help you with anything. Do yourself a favor and go to a CORPORATE STORE. more

SCAM ARTISTS 1/23/2012

This company is a joke, no returns allowed, they scam your account and make you take features that you dont want. They added features to my bill i didnt want and they cost me 80.00 over the next two months. Do not do business with Cellular Advantage in the Louisville area. more
