They came out and then charged me extra for "deep cleaning" which they said would get the dog smell out. After, it still smelled *really* bad. They came out a second time, but I missed them (cell phone problems-mine). They did offer to come the next day but, briefly, we had a spat. Then they would no longer answer my calls, although they *promised* to call back, and they had given me a 100% guarantee (*Note*: verbal only. You won't find it in the contract!!!) They left me in a *big* lurch, especially because tenants were moving in. Luckily I am resourceful and made a great "doggie smell concoction" and shampooed the carpet myself, and solved the problem.
