Water Heater Replacement 7/2/2017

We returned home from vacation to find water on the garage floor on a Friday afternoon. We were able to determine that the water was coming from the water heater and were able to shut off the water and gas lines ourselves. We called several local plumbers but no one was available to replace the water heater in less than 3 days time. We found the Rescue Rooter ad in the yellow pages offering 24 hour service. We called and they had a serviceman and replacement water heater at our home by 3pm Friday afternoon. The serviceman handled our job with remarkable expertise and our new water heater was installed and working by 8pm. The installer had to make several additions to our previous setup to bring it up to city codes and the installation was approved later by a city inspector. We have been told by neighbors that we paid too much, but we feel that the prompt service and the quality of the workmanship merits the cost. We were and are extremely satisfied with this organization. more

Have been using this company for more than ten years; today, David Ventura was the service technician. He was extremely professional in every manner, and of course, fixed the problem and is what I have to come to expect from this company. Will definitely ask for him again when inevitably, something else comes up more

Removal of clay sewer pipe in front yard 6/21/2017

I had Rescue Rooter remove the clay waste pipe in my front yard; it was an expensive procedure, however, the city inspected it and the value of my property increased from the work. Alex M was the service tech, he was always friendly, informative, and always smiling (even during two days of 100 degree summer weather. No complaints here, I recommend Rescue Rooter. more

Backed up sink 6/18/2017

After my sink backed up , I called a plumber who came out to snake the clog. He was not able to get through the clog and told me I would have to replace the pipe under the slab at a cost of approx $3,500 or I could call another company which can hydro jet the pipe, but no guarantee. So he left and I called Rescue Rooter LA North. Angel G came out and was very friendly and helpful. He did everything he could to resolve my problem, but unfortunately could not, only because there was issue with the machine. Angel handled himself professionally and offered to come back first thing in the morning on Father's Day with another machine to make sure my clog was resolved. Angel arrived when he said he would and went right to work to handle the problem and he resolved the clog. I am very happy the problem was fixed and he saved me money. I would definitely call Rescue Rooter LA North again for any future plumbing issues. more

Excellent Service 6/12/2017

I had a mainline sewer fail in Saturday night of Memorial weekend. One of the worst situations at one of the worst possible times, but the gentlemen at Rescue Rooter were the best! They were out within 45 minutes, and after diagnosing the problem, began work immediately, in the middle of a holiday weekend. No extra charge for a holiday weekend, they gave me a discount! Excellent work, followed code, everything was done without one hitch. One of the best experiences I've ever had for such an lousy situation. These guys were the best! more

When Rescue Rooter told us it was more than just a simple clog, we were less than excited, but it had to be done. They sent out Joshua Holtz for the job. Rescue Rooter's Mr. Holtz is a true professional that takes pride in a job well done. He was friendly and kind, tending to every task from start to finish, making sure to explain the process along the way. Great Service 3/27/2017

My drain had backed up and it was a mess. I thought it would be pretty simple. I called another company I found online but they couldn't give me a quote over the phone. I then found Rescue Rooter and they had an $88 special and came out within 2 hours. They had some trouble at first since the blockage was nearly at the very end of the line where it meets the city line. It wasn't going to be that simple. It took a while but they fixed it. Ultimately I was very happy with Vince Ortiz & Alex Pineda as they were very solution oriented and came up with another plan that worked. more

I called Rescue Rooter LA North because I detected a gas leak in my home. Alex Morfin from Rescue Rooter came to my home and did a thorough inspection and evaluation of the problem. It was determined that my 61 year old galvanized gas pipes need to be replaced (no surprise). Alex Morfin and Vince Ortiz measured and documented the work project, process, and cost. They were very pleasant, thorough, and informative and will start the job tomorrow. They rock. Thanks to Rescue Rooter for having such expert technicians. more

rescue rooter 11/28/2016

I was installing a bathroom faucet and broke a pipe. I looked on the internet and found Rescue Rooter. I called and they sent Hector Ramirez to my house within the hour. He inspected the problem and told me my pipes were original to house built in 1956. The pipes were past their useful time and should be replaced. He arranged for Juan to meet with me and explain the solution. The next day we reached a solution and the work began copper and pex replaced the old pipes this took around 6 days, The crew worked tirelessly into the night and weekends. Then the drain pipes were to be replaced with a trenchless system. Another 5 days. I have nothing but praise for the crew and the result. They were very conscious of our problems and always made sure we were as comfortable as possible under the circumstances. They ran into unforeseen problems but handled them in a very professional way. When finished the cleaned up as much as possible. I couldn't be more pleased with the result. Many thanks to Hector,Juan,Ian,Eddie, Jose, Bobby and Felix. Great Job guys. more

Used Rescue Rooter to swap out a garbage disposal. 100% happy with the work but even more impressed at how quickly I was able to RESCHEDULE a last minute appointment. It was under an hour! Amazing! Willy Dayton the tech was great, knew his stuff and did a fantastic job! more
