I took my 2002 Ford Explorer in for an oil change. Their staff drove me into work while the truck got worked on. During the oil change their mechanics noticed some broken parts of my chassis underneath the vehicle. They pointed it out to me, expressed concern that it could be a matter of safety if the parts were not fixed. They fixed the parts the same day AND picked me up from work, too. Service above-and-beyond as usual. I have recommended A+ to many people. more

Diagnosed electrical problem. 10/23/2013

I towed my SUV into A+ after it wouldn't start due to an electrical problem. I thought it might be an expensive problem like a new alternator. Or, maybe, it was a bad battery. They approached the problem step-by-step and in doing so found a corroded wire in the fuse box. They only charged me one hour of labor. Because of their attentiveness this turned out to be a relatively cheap repair. They had my car ready for me to pick up the same day. I paid the bill over the phone and picked the truck up after they closed. They were effective, cheap and easy. more

Beginning to recommend too much fixing 7/9/2013

I have been going to these guys for years. Traditionally, they would tell me that I am due for certain things according to mileage or occasionally things that were pretty urgent. Now they seem to be just telling me that I need things done as soon as I can afford it. It is not quite those words, but that is the impression that I get. They do good, quality work, but need I do not like being told something NEEDS to be done on my old cars when it is not a NEED. Recommendations are fine, as long as it is stated as that and not that something needs to be done as soon as possible. They know that I do not have the money to be throwing into every little thing that could be fixed to keep it just like a brand new car. That said, I still feel that they are always friendly and prompt. more

Great service and went the extra mile. 7/8/2013

You diagnosed our problem, approached it step-by-step by using Certified Transmission to check the transmission as possible source of noise. Then, when that wasn't the problem you replaced our right front bearing for free! That was going above and beyond the great service you have always provided us over the past 10 years! more
