AP Plumbing saved me money 10/11/2012

AP Plumbing serviceman Mike arrived on time, and was professional and curteous. He carefully considered and analyzed the numerous trouble spots around the house before working. He consulted with other colleagues and then explained possible solutions and the cost of each. His goal was to satisfactorily resolve the issues in the most cost effective manner. This was accomplished through keen observation careful work. Clean up was thorough. One issue was resolved with minor effort, which saved me quite a bit of money. I am quite impressed with the employees at this company. I will call upon them again, and I highly recommend their services for any residential or commercial need. There's a high trust factor. more

called back IMMEDIATELY 10/12/2010

My water heater died and I needed a replacement at 8pm. AP Plumbing called back immediately and said they could have someone there in less than half an hour. After picking up a replacement, it took less than three hours to fully replace the old one, including fixing some a gas leak and bad piping that had been done with the previous one. The rates were all very reasonable and no overtime charges for the late night service. I have already recommended them to a friend! Karen D.? more

I was very impressed with the services performed by AP Plumbing. The people were resourceful and professional and most importantly, quick. They took care of my every need for a project I have been working on in my home. I will most certainly work with them in the future and feel that I can trust them 100% with my home. I will definitely call again! 2/17/2010

i was so grateful and surprised with the prompt response to my need to have a new hot water heater installed. It was in and working in a matter or just a few hours and it was a difficult job due to the akward installation of the heater being replaced. Our hot water heater burst overnight on New Years Eve. We had a mess in our basement on New Years Day. We called many plumbers to inquire about having a new hot water heater installed on the holiday. Most wouldnt come out until the next business day or wanted to charge an OT-holiday extra fee. AP Plumbing quoted me a price that was comparable to everyone elses next regualr business day price. They also didnt make it seem like it was a hassle coming out on the holiday - they actually sympathized with our plight. They gave me a time frame that the tech would be at our house and he was. AJ, our tech, did a fantastic job. He didnt mind working the holiday, charged us the quoted price, cleaned up after himself, took ample time and did the work completely and thoroughly. I will definitely be using AP in the future !!! Mike and Karen? more

excellent. You were the only people who would give me appx costs over the phone, given assumptions that may or may not be true. So could ask what would it cost for a rooter to the curb to get rid of a clog, assuming nothing else was wrong. You were the fifth plumber called, the first to answer, so you got my business. more
