the assigned seats make ticket buying more complicated and it gets rid of the courtesy seat that you skip so you arent next to a stranger. after 6pm there are no children under 6yrs old allowed which is bad for kid-friendly movies. also the prices are higher than most other area theaters. i took my family to see iron man 2 at 3pm and we were asked to leave because my son said ""wow, iron man, hes cool"" in his normal 3yr old voice not yelling. i paid the adult price for his ticket. it was the first time i had been to an AMC theater in 2yrs and i will not be going back. they dickenson theater on 135th and antioch is much nicer anyway. the sad part was that i has to remove my boy from the movie he was excited about after an hour. and then explain to him why the people in the theater didnt want him there. and on top of that we had a 3 hour wait before we could even attempt to see the movie elsewhere. Pros: many movies available and many time Cons: not family friendly, more costly than other theaters, assig more

Nice quality AMC theater with plenty of shopping nearby and decent parking options. Kiosks have prevented me from ever having to wait in line. Not much atmosphere, but A/V quality is top-notch.\r Seating is sometimes a problem. Both times I've been here, the theater was so crowded that we had difficulty finding seats next to each other. Pros: Nice A/V. Nearby shopping. No problems with parking or waiting in line. Cons: Pricey tickets. Lacks atmosphere. Over-crowded. more
