AMC Hialeah 12

How is it that you run out of water and your water fountains don't work, and only one cashier with a huge line? A business can't function like that more

I'm in the theater now to watch star wars. It was suppose to start at 730pm and it's now 8;04pm and no movie. It's not even showing previews and when I complained they told me that this happens sometimes and just wait a few minutes. It's been 15 minutes and still no movie! more

I just wanted to take the time to let EVERYONE know about my terrible experience at Muvico in Hialeah 14. I usually go to the Muvico by my house in Tampa and never once have had a horrible experience. But, as I was on vacation in Miami I went to the Hialeah theater and it was the biggest mistake I did on my trip. The HORRIBLE customer service makes this location a DISGRACE to your corporation! First off we get to the movies to see Fast 6 (Saturday, 4/27, 11:20pm showing) the lady at the box office was distasteful and rude. In the middle of her helping us she tells us to “hold on” as she leaves and goes inside to talk to one of her friends. Another worker comes out and asks for the next person in line and so we decided to go to her for help. I told the girl that was helping us how rude the other girl was and she simply brushed me off and rolled her eyes as if my opinion is of no value to anyone. Next, we were asked to wait in a long line on the side to get into our theater. Management decides to rip our tickets at 11:20pm on the dot, of course this is causing everyone to decide to skip others in line. It was chaotic! Children were being knocked down, people were stepping on people, I had others walking into me with their food- it was so unorganized and frustrating. As we are going in there are two women that were ripping tickets in the front of the line and one man who I assumed to be the manager ripping tickets on the side of the line. That was a stupid idea! Because now you have people rushing to the side of the line and those people getting their tickets ripped would essentially have to get their stubbed checked twice cause more CONFUSION and line congestion. I had my ticket ripped on the side by the gentleman and as I proceed to walk in through the ladies I show her my ticket stub and keep walking in an effort to let other’s pass. This lady has the NERVE, the NERVE!!!!!!!!! to yell at me and tell me to “wait like everyone else.” Funny thing is- I DID FOR FORTY- FIVE MINUTES AND ACTUALLY HAD OTHERS SKIP ME IN more

I do not live around Hialeah, but some of my friend live in that area so we went to the Muvico Hialeah 14 with them to watch a movie. I like the atmosphere of the movietheater, the decoration was nice and the seats were comfortable. However, i did not like the fact that it gets very packed with teenagers in the week-ends. Also, it is not the best location when you go there at night. more

this is a good movie theater, i enjoy going there with my friends to hang out, watch a movie, just hang out. there are many movies offered. the seats are comfy, and the rooms are spacious and decorated lavishly. the food stand is really good, offering a wide variety of foods, tasty, and a little high prices, but nonetheless great. the problem with the movie theater i would have to say is the location, Hialeah isn't that bad of a city, but it's just filled with delinquent kids, there have been several gang fights with ghetto kids, in front and in back of the movie theater, i have not witnessed any, but my friends have, and this is not a good thing. they are a nice movie theater, my only complaint is certain people who go there ruin the place more
