Good: leaving. Bad: couldn;t see movie, didnlt get refund.. Improvements: Fire Jim the lying manager at customer service. hire people to take tickets that can see.. Other: NEVER buy tickets at movieticket.com. this theater oversells regularly and the first trip back in 6 years i left without seeing the movie or getting a refund or refund service fee for buying online that was supposed to be waived by joinign movietickets.com. Most of the time when I'm in Burbank every weekday, I pass by the AMC 16. Yesterday, I went with a friend of mine to watch "Bad News Bears", and like last year, the price for matinée is $8.00. It's more expensive than watching a movie at the Lowe's Cineplex in CityWalk. It goes the same way at the concession stand because like the ticket counter, it's expensive. But it doesn't matter, since I was here for the movie. The seats were comfortable, plus, the sound quality was superb, but it's the same with some theaters. By the movie's end, the arcade had some good pinball, and that's all. Overall, if you are willing to pay 12 bucks after is over, or 8 during, then you should get it. You might get it cheaper at the AMC 8 in the mall or the 6 outside the mall, but there won't be much of a selection. more

They torn down the 14 theatres and built brand new 16 theatres very close by. This is a good place to enjoy weekends (weekdays too!). However, it seems like a lot of kids come here and watch movies, it is better you go other places if you seek quiet moment with movies. Do not forget to join their movie club for free! You will get free popcorns when you see enough movies. After the movie, you can enjoy food and desert in DownTown Burbank. They have everything! more

The AMC 14 in Burbank is one of many AMC theaters there. This one is the bigger one of the three. They play all the newest movies and it is a good place to go on a hot summer day where you can sit and enjoy a movie in an air conditioned place. Ushers and other employees are courteous. They have food stands that are bit overpriced but what movie theater doesn't have overpriced hot dogs and popcorn? The seats are comfortable and are stadium style. more
