Don't get me wrong, they're friendly and the facility is top notch, but I was disappointed with the results of my laser treatments. I got 2 laser treatments about half a year ago to clear up discoloration and acne, (I believe it was called the CP-5 treatment) but unfortunately, it didn't do anything for me. I'm a student so I don't have a lot of money and I paid it out of my own pocket (more than $1000) so I would just recommend that you double check before you cash out for the laser treatments. I have been a patient of American Medical Aesthetics for 5 years and have watched them grow into the magnificent wellnes and beauty institute they are now. This company and the owners, Dr. Alice Pien and Dr. Asher Milgrom, are about more than just making people look good on the outside. Thier ultimate desire is to create a place that allows us to transcend beyond just the physical aspects of ourselves and incorprate our mind and spirit as well. It's a place of peace and tranquility, where a patient comes in and no matter what they are there for, they can relax and feel taken care of. All of the staff are experts in their field and medically qualified, yet they are also true healers using their hearts as guides in healing patients. They recognize a patient's imbalance and pay special attention as to how to restore that balance whether it be through conversation, laying on their extraordinary massage tables, adjusting a current regime, or just a simple hug. Laura Gaston in particular is an amazing healer, the most extraordinary aesthetician. My skin has never looked more alive and beautiful. She really knows what works for people's skin and I trust her completely. They also take great care in selecting above par natural products that have incredible healing properties, which for me working as a consultant in the integrative medicine field is very important. They are always keeping their finger on the pulse of what kinds of medical therapies, treatments and products they can offer their patients, but they also take it a step beyond by offering workshops/sessions with practitoners that work on healing our inner issues so that we can equally cultivate healing and beauty on the inside, truly creating a state of authentic well being. I love American Medical Aesthetics and will never go anywhere else. They are like family to me and I am so thankful that they are here, bringing healing to those that choose to recieve it. more

I am amazed even now, a few months later, with the results from my laser facials. I was surprised at the level of education I received (they filled me in on everything) and one of the things they said was that my skin would improve over time. It has! I've had terrible acne and scarring for 25 years. I've tried just about everything to get rid of it. Nothing worked and I hated my terrible skin. AMA's amazing Photo Dynamic Therapy, with ALA and combined with 3 lasers has cleared up my face and healed my scarring. While not baby smooth yet, its the best I have looked in decades. A friend took me to a laser soiree and that night I signed up for bikini and underarm laser hair removal. Then after talking to the highly educated staff there about spider veins I wanted to get rid of (which appeared after I gained 70 pounds from my pregnancy) I signed up for lasering them as well. I love not having to shave and showing off my vein free legs!!! Pros: Great staff, Beautiful place, Great parking Cons: $$$ but worth it more

I went in to have some Acne removed with PHOTODYNAMIC THERAPY WITH ALA, a procedure I could only find at American Medical Aesthetics. Now my face is clear again and I can go back to having a normal happy life without being cocerned about my appearance. They also had the most impressive facilities! This medical practice has developed holistic approach to using high-tech lasers. The treatmetns are comfortable, there is virtually NO down-time and the results are spectacular. The only place around that does a CP5 non-surgical laser face lift....uses three lasers to get rid of discoloration, stimulate collagen production, and peel the old skin away. No where else will you find this! LOVE IT! more
