A&M Rv Center

I've rented RV's before, and this was probably my sixth time renting an RV. I'd have to say this was probably the easiest time and least amount of trouble I've ever had with renting an RV. I had absolutely no problems with A&M RV Center. It was ready to go when I got there and everything was okay. I'd definitely rent from them again! more

A&M RV Center was the only RV company we found that had eight seat-belts in the RV. That's what we needed, so that was where we went. They were very easy and nice to work with. Picking the RV up and returning it couldn't have been any easier! Everything went smoothly. They were very accommodating and nice to deal with. We had a great experience and would do it again given the opportunity! more

My husband and I rented from A&M RV Center when we vacationed in Alaska recently. It was a very good experience. I found them online, and when I called they were very helpful and kind. They answered all my questions, and were very polite. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle, it was extremely clean, and everything onboard was functioning properly. They did everything they could to make us comfortable on our trip. Even though it rained every day we were there, I'm sure they would have fixed the weather if they could. The crew at A&M were very fine people to deal with. Our experience was quite satisfying. I appreciated them so much that I told my brother about them, and he's already used them! more

I found A&M RV Center off a list of places provided to me by a guide. I dealt with Katie Lyle, and that young lady was their number one selling point! She was a great help! The RV itself was wonderful! There were only a few minor glitches, but overall everything was swell. I highly recommend them. They have newer rigs and offer good pricing. To me, I think the best part of the Alaskan experience is being able to drive it in an RV. more

I have been using A&M RV Center for the last eight years for my Alaskan vacations. Though I now live in California, I'm from Alaska, and they were recommend to me. In turn, I recommend them probably twenty times a year to others. After my first experience with them--and this is having used other RV rental services before--I was able to see a real difference. They are very professional, and overly accommodating. Their units are incredibly clean, their customer service is outstanding, and they are always available on the phone. Also, there are never any mechanical problems or mishaps, and in the regions that I go, breakdowns are not okay. At A&M, none of the units are in disrepair. It's almost like I'm taking them right off the showroom floor. I highly suggest you use A&M if you're planning to rent an RV in Alaska. Not only are they they best bang for the buck, but they also allow you to enjoy your vacation without worry. You will be overly satisfied by the end of your experience. Keith Rhodes more

I'd definitely recommend A&M RV Center, and I have in fact. Everything about my experience with them was super great. I grew up in Alaska, and I hadn't been there for 17 years until I came up just recently. I got the RV, we did a walkthrough, and everything was great. The service was great! When I came to pick it up, I was able to pay off the rental before hand, which was really awesome. The RV was in very, very nice condition, it ran great, and I didn't have a problem with it, nothing at all. Well, there was the TV, which didn't work, but it was no big deal. It didn't seem to have any power going to it, but then again we were out camping, so we didn't need TV anyway. Everything with A&M RV Center went great. I ordered a replacement part from service. I called them after waiting 4 weeks to learn they never ordered it. I called 6 times to follow up. They hung up on me three times and NEVER called me back. If this is there Customer Care, move on. They don't care about their customers. more
