Couldn't be happier! 9/11/2008

My daughter is a very apprehensive driver. The instructor was extremely patient and was able to help my daughter calm down and help her learn to drive. Driving still isn't one of her favorite activities but at least I feel comfortable that she has the skills to stay safe on the road. The instructor talked with me after each lesson when he felt there was something I could do to help her learn or if he had a concern. The information provided by the instructor was accurate and detailed and left me feeling that he truly cared about my daughter's safety. No wonder this is one of the busiest schools in Charleston! Pros: Convenient scheduling, excellent information, unequaled instructor Cons: none more

Aggravating people 1/18/2006

My son needed his test done quickly because of my medical issues. They knew this and delayed getting his paperwork to me. Told me to meet them in their office which was a long trip for me at a certain time. Were not there. Finally showed up late and told me to come back later. With my having medical issues this was not a good thing. If I could have gotten the paperwork elsewhere and had the time to have taken my business elsewhere, I would have. They made a bad situation a lot worse by not being nice and polite The only decent person was the actual driving teacher. Pros: ease of coming to me Cons: rude, unaccountable more
