ALL Inclusive Limo

WE HAD JUST USED ALL INCLUSIVE LIMO FOR MY DADS 60th BIRTHDAY PARTY. I DID ALL MY PLANNING WITH FRANK. HE WAS SO HELPFUL SETTING THIS PARTY UP. HE SHOWED US HIS PARTY BUSES IN ADVANCE. HIS PARTY BUS WAS BEAUTIFUL. HE WORKED WITH US ON THE PRICE . HIS PRICE WAS ALL INCLUSIVE. HIS DRIVER DENNIS WAS SO PROFESSIONAL, LOOKED GREAT , WAS SO HELPFUL. AT THE END OF THE NIGHT, WE HAD A COUPLE OF EXTRA STOPS, THE DRIVER WAS HELPFUL, NO PROBLEMS. IT WAS A PERFECT BIRTHDAY FOR MY DAD. I JUST WANT TO THANK FRANK AND ALL INCLUSIVE LIMO. I wish I had read these reviews before I used this company. I too made all of my arrangements with Frank, the owner, which at first worked out fine. Our bus was on time and I paid him $1300 and told him that Frank had told me that this included tax and gratuity. The bus driver snickered and told me how Frank always does this and that he never gets the gratuity and that he is used to it. I felt bad for the driver and even collected extra money to give to our driver at the end of the trip. Unfortunately for the driver he never received his money because of the service we received. Here are a list of issues and why you should NEVER use this company no matter how much of a deal you think you are getting!! 1. No toilet tissue or hand sanitizer in the bathroom. When we told the driver he seemed annoyed and threw cocktail napkins on the floor of the bathroom. Who wants to pick up a napkin from the floor to wipe themselves??? Disgusting!!! 2. AC was busted. Driver said this is as cool as it gets but when we looked in the front of the bus it said is was 82 degrees - not very comfortable. It was nicer outside!!! 3. Frank promised us a bottle of scotch and vodka. These bottles were no where to be found. When I asked the driver about it he said that he didn't know about this and that it was no big deal that we wouldn't like the alcohol anyway. It would have been nice to be given that choice. 4. This one is the best - we stop at out first winery but before we get off we make sure that all of our bottles and garbage are in a garbage bag that we put in the back of the bus. While we were enjoying our tasting the owner of the winery comes to me and tells me that there is a problem - HE CAUGHT THE BUS DRIVER THROWING OUT THE BAGS OF GARBAGE IN THE VINEYARD!!! He wasn't throwing it out in the dumpsters that are by the vineyard he was throwing it in the actual vineyards that we get our wine from - WEIRD!!! The owner also told me that when he approached the driver the driver starting yelling at him and calling his a racist. This was not the way I wanted to start my relaxing winery trip. Needless to say it was an uncomfortable bus ride from that point on. So after this wonderful experience I call Frank the next day to let him know what happened and all he could say is that I should have called him while all of this was happening. I should not have to call him to tell him he needs to have toilet tissue in the bathroom these are simple things he should know when running a business. Frank did not offer any sort of compensation all he had to say was that I SHOULD HAVE CALLED THE DAY OF AND THAT HE CAN more
