I accepted a bid from A and L to install two furnaces with A/C for a home I built in Dennis. They installed one unit in the basement to serve the first floor, and one unit in the attic to serve the second floor. I've been building in this area for 20 years now and not only did these guys offer me the best price, but they do better work than any of the bigger expensive heating and cooling companies in this area. I called A and L for a quote on replacement windows, some flooring, and some painting. They not only gave me a better price then anyone else, but they did an absolutely outstanding job. I was trying to sell my house so I could make a little money for myself ,so that's why I had to make these improvements. I figured I would get $250,00.00 for it but when they were done, my real estate agent said that I could easily get $299,000.00. These guys are awesome!! Pros: Great customer service Cons: none more

I recently had A and L install 2 A/C air handlers for an addition that I'm doing in Osterville. I got three different prices and they had the best. There was one unit in the basement serving the first floor, and the other was in the attic serving the second floor. These guys were in and out of here in one week, I was impressed. They used all sheet metal, and top of the line equiptment. I was really suprised with the quality of work that I got for the price that I paid. VERY, VERY, CLEAN!! Pros: Very professional, and clean! I just had A and L install a hydro coil air handler with A/C on a two story addition with a 3 foot crawl space, which was where the unit was located. The first floor is on one seperate zone and the second floor is also on a seperate zone. First off, they gave me the best price around, I was really impressed with how good these guys are. They got the job done in 5 days and then they were gone. I figured since they had such limited space to work with that there might be flexable duct eveywhere but I was wrong. They kept eveything up inside the bays and out of the way so you could still gain access. These guys are good!! Pros: Free air Cleaner!! more

I had A and L install a new high efficiency furnace with central air conditioning on a new addition that I am working on. Not only did they beat everybody's price but they got the job done in 3 days. They had very limited space to work with and they still made it happen. Whatever I wanted, they did it. These guys are very professional, I'm going to have them do all my additions and new construction projects from now on. more

I recently had to put in a new home heating system before the winter started. I called around to get some estimates and I was shocked at how much they varied. When I called A and L they had asked if I had already gotten any estimates from anyone else. I told them I did but this was something I wanted to shop around for. They came out and beat my previous best estimate by a significant amount. Not to mention they gave me a free air purifier when it was done! They showed up at the time they said they would and were very accommodating with their service. They had the job done faster than they expected which was a big help. I will be calling A and L for all my future home improvement needs. Pros: Service, Free gift Cons: Nothing more
